REGISTRATIONS CLOSE SUNDAY 19TH JULY
Our Church Weekend Away is for all members across our four congregations. Our guest speaker, Matt Yeo, will be teaching three sessions from the book of Daniel. It’s a great opportunity to grow together, enjoy time away as a church family, and be encouraged in God’s word.
STEP 1 – REGISTER & PAY DEPOSIT
Please select the number of people attending in your party, inclduing babies, and pay the $50 per person deposit to secure your place. This deposit confirms your spot and helps us meet Youthworks’ minimum numbers. Payment will be taken online through our secure Stripe account.
You will then be redirected to the registration form - this form collects the details we need to finalise your booking; attendance option (full weekend / 1‑night / day only), dietary needs, linen hire, kids’ program details, accessibility needs and if you are in a position to financially support another person or family to attend. Please see below for the pricing details so you are aware.
STEP 3 – FINAL INVOICE
After registrations close, we will calculate your final balance and send your invoice for payment to be made online ASAP.
LINEN HIRE
Rooms are heated and include a doona and pillow. Please bring your own sheets/sleeping bag, pillow slip and towel. Alternatively, linen packs (sheets, pillow slip, towel) are available for $25 per bed and can be requested as part of step 2.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
If you’re able to contribute towards helping another person or family attend, you can do so as an optional add‑on during step 2. Your generosity makes a real difference.
If you need financial assistance to attend, please speak confidentially with a member of the ministry team - we don’t want cost to prevent anyone from coming.
